The recovery was carried out from the debtor I.Ya.B. in favor of E.O.R., and included one third of the debtor's income intended for the maintenance of two minor children, as well as an additional 2000 soms monthly.
As a result of active enforcement actions, the debt amounting to 491,477 soms was fully recovered and transferred to the claimant in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
