- The first phase of commissioning the second hydro unit at the Kambar-Ata HPP-2 is scheduled for spring. This project is part of the ministry's strategy for the phased increase of generating capacity.
- Reconstruction of two hydro units at the Uch-Kurgan HPP will also begin. Work on the second hydro unit will start in February, while work on the first will commence on March 1. The reconstruction will take place simultaneously, allowing for efficient updating of the station's equipment.
- Active construction work continues at the Kambar-Ata HPP-1. Finishing works are being completed in the administrative and household complex, while the installation of sewage and water supply systems, as well as the construction of internal partitions, is underway in the dormitory being built.
- At the Kurpsai HPP, the replacement of two autotransformers (AT-1 and AT-2) in the 220 kV switchyard has begun to increase capacity. The delivery of the first autotransformer is scheduled for January 2026, and the second for March. Installation work will start on April 1 and is expected to be completed by autumn, significantly expanding the operational capabilities of the station.
- In addition, a new administrative building has been constructed for the employees of OJSC "Electric Stations," meeting modern requirements. It is equipped with everything necessary to enhance staff efficiency, and in 2026, phased repair work is planned for the administrative buildings of the company's branches.
