According to Nurbaev, the key export products remain fruits and vegetables, beans, and berry crops. Over the past two years, these crops have significantly increased their areas, especially in the Chui, Osh, Jalal-Abad, Batken, Talas, and Issyk-Kul regions.
He also noted that for successful product exports, it is necessary to comply with the unified phytosanitary and quarantine standards of the EAEU, which apply to all goods, from seedlings to timber. According to him, the process of obtaining a phytosanitary certificate has become more accessible and most often takes place electronically through the "single window" system.
Nurbaev added that the number of cases of product returns from the Rosselkhoznadzor has significantly decreased in recent years. Previously, such situations most often arose due to shortcomings in accompanying documents and labeling.
