The State Tax Service (STS) has announced the extension of the deadline for submitting applications to transition to a simplified taxation system based on a single tax until March 1, 2026.
Previously, taxpayers intending to work abroad were required to submit their applications by February 1. However, considering numerous requests, the deadline has been extended.
Starting from January 1, 2026, such taxpayers will be required to use the single tax at a rate of 0.1%. To do this, they need to contact the local tax authorities at their place of registration and submit the appropriate application.
The tax service strongly recommends that entrepreneurs complete the process of transitioning to the special tax regime in a timely manner.
