The Creative Industries Park (CIP) summarized the results of nearly two years of work: the revenue of residents exceeded 2 billion soms

The Director of the Creative Industries Park (CIP), Kanyshai Mamytova, presented the results of the park's work, which was established in April 2024. This year, the number of residents increased to 155, and by the beginning of 2026, it reached 165.

Initially, in June 2024, the park began accepting applications, and already in the third quarter of that year, 21 residents reported revenue of 43.5 million soms.

Since then, the revenue of residents has steadily grown: in the IV quarter of 2024, it amounted to 151.6 million soms, in the I quarter of 2025 — 171.6 million soms, in the II quarter — 281.4 million soms, in the III quarter — 516.1 million soms, and in the IV quarter of 2025, it reached 915 million soms.

Thus, the total revenue of residents for the specified period exceeded 2 billion soms.

The number of created jobs also increased alongside revenue growth: in the III quarter of 2024, there were 80 jobs, and by the IV quarter of 2025, this figure rose to 707.

“The increase in revenue and the number of jobs indicates that the provided tax benefits have a positive impact. Residents are starting to save on taxes, create new jobs, and develop products,” commented Mamytova.

She added that the number of residents also grew: in the III quarter of 2024, there were 21, by the IV quarter — 37, by the I quarter of 2025 — 63, in the II quarter — 82, by the III quarter — 106, and by the IV quarter of 2025 — 155. By the beginning of 2026, the number of residents increased to 165.

A significant portion of the residents are newly established companies and individual entrepreneurs. Out of 155 residents, about 50 are new individual entrepreneurs or companies that started their activities thanks to the CIP regime.

As an example, Mamytova mentioned two YouTube creators with over 2 million subscribers each, who previously operated as individuals. Upon learning about the CIP regime, they decided to register in Kyrgyzstan and become residents of the park, despite having previously been in Cyprus.

These cases highlight that the CIP is becoming not only a domestic but also an international phenomenon. Out of 155 companies, more than 20 have foreign participation, including businesses from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Russia, Poland, and Malaysia.

According to Mamytova, in the future, the CIP intends to focus not only on the domestic market but also on attracting large international companies.

She also reported an increase in tax revenues from residents. In the III quarter of 2024, they paid 1.5 million soms, in the IV quarter — 3.6 million soms, in the I quarter of 2025 — 7.1 million soms, in the II quarter — 9.7 million soms, in the III quarter — 16.8 million soms, and in the IV quarter of 2025 — 23.4 million soms.

Mamytova clarified that the main savings for creative companies are related not so much to the revenue tax as to the income tax and social contributions, as a significant portion of expenses consists of employee salaries.

Moreover, residents are required to transfer 1% of their revenue to the CIP quarterly, which ensures the functioning of the directorate.

Mamytova also spoke about the support for the creative industries. In 2025, the CIP became an official partner of the Create 4 program. Since April 2025, the CIP Support Fund has been operating, which allocates monthly grants to support projects of creative companies, with over 1.3 million soms designated for these purposes. In November 2025, the first regional competition for creative products, CreaPark 2025, was held with a prize fund of 600,000 soms, and the CreaPark 2025 conference took place with the participation of well-known creators from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Russia.
