According to the received data, the contract was signed with the company OsOO "Altyn Emgek" using the direct method.
The decision to conclude the deal was made by the sole shareholder of the OJSC, who is the Minister of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies.
It is worth noting that OJSC "Tunduk" was established by presidential decree in the autumn of 2025. Its competencies include the following functions:
- the state institution "Tunduk" under the Ministry of Digital Development;
- a digital education center subordinate to the Ministry of Education;
- a center for the digitalization of the social protection system under the Ministry of Labor;
- a center for electronic health within the Ministry of Health (excluding issues of medical statistics and the implementation of IT systems in healthcare);
- the institution "Adilet Sot," located at the Supreme Court.
