According to her data, the cost of food products and non-alcoholic beverages rose by 1%. Prices for alcoholic beverages and tobacco products increased by 0.8%, while non-food goods became 0.5% more expensive, and tariffs for services to the population rose by 0.7%.
In particular, in January, the highest price increases were recorded for fresh vegetables, potatoes, sausage products and other meat preserves, milk, cheese, and eggs, as well as for lamb, beef, and fish.
At the same time, a decrease in prices for rice and flour was noted.
The rise in consumer prices and tariffs was observed in all regions of the republic. The largest increase of 1.3% was recorded in the Batken region, which is associated with an increase in tariffs for services to the population by 2.6%.
In Bishkek, there is an increase in prices for food products and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as alcoholic and tobacco products by 1.4%. In the Jalal-Abad region, prices for non-food goods rose by 1.3%.
