The transferred properties include land plots and non-residential premises intended for the improvement of the city's social and housing infrastructure.
Specifically, the following will be transferred to municipal ownership:
– an administrative building with an area of 7,218.5 sq. m along with an adjacent land plot located at 11 Erkindik Street;
– a land plot with an area of 2,077.8 sq. m located at 1/1 Ashurov Lane;
– the second floor of a non-residential premises with an area of 352.6 sq. m and half of a basement with an area of 147.7 sq. m located at 34b Panfilova Street;
– a non-residential premises with a total area of 800 sq. m located at 8/2 Kurmanbek Street.
The Manas city administration has been instructed to accept the specified properties into its ownership, conduct state re-registration, and ensure their use in accordance with established goals. It is also strongly recommended to avoid any actions that may lead to the alienation of property and loss of control by the municipality.
All expenses related to the registration and re-registration of the transferred properties will be borne by the city administration of Manas.
Additionally, the order excludes item 33 from the list of land plots allocated for housing construction under the "My House 2021–2026" program, previously approved by the Cabinet's order dated April 5, 2024, No. 126-r.
The control over the implementation of this order is entrusted to the Administration of the President. The document was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev.
