Finance Minister Almaz Baketaev presented information on the financial aspects of debureaucratization and an assessment of budgetary needs for digital initiatives, as well as addressed the issue of reorganizing treasury functions through the transfer of operations and personnel to the state bank "Kylım Bank."

Health Minister Kanybek Dosmambetov reported on the progress of implementing the decree to enhance the capacity of state healthcare organizations. In response to his report, the head of the government made an oral remark for failing to meet deadlines for assignments and instructed to appoint curators from among the deputy heads for more effective control over the execution of protocols.

Representatives of the Supreme Court and the General Prosecutor's Office provided information on the digitalization of the judicial system, the implementation of electronic document management, and the modernization of IT infrastructure. Questions regarding compliance with the deadlines for providing public services and countering abuses were raised. However, it was noted that the requirements for full online broadcasting of court sessions are not fully met: instead of live broadcasts, edited recordings are published. Kasymaliev instructed to address these shortcomings.

Regarding the implementation of the interdepartmental commission's assignments to enhance the autonomy of the National Academy of Sciences, Minister of Science, Higher Education, and Innovations Gulzat Isamatova reported insufficient progress. Deputy Head of the Cabinet Ayaz Bayetov remarked on her failure to resolve regulatory issues despite the consensus reached among government agencies.

As a result of the meeting, the minister and her deputy received oral remarks, and they were instructed to expedite the work on preparing the necessary regulatory acts and plans for the transfer of powers.

Following the meeting, the chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers announced a number of important assignments:
- strengthen coordination between departments and appoint curators from among the deputy heads of the Cabinet;
- ensure monitoring of the implementation of assignments and preparation of reports;
- prioritize resource support for pilot projects on digitalization and debureaucratization, among others.
