According to information provided by the Joint Stock Company "National Company 'Kazakhstan Temir Zholy'," grain exports from Kazakhstan to Kyrgyzstan have increased by 1.7 times.

From February 19, 2026, to September 2025, 6.4 million tons of new crop grain were sent to external markets, which is 19.7% more than in the same period of the previous marketing year, when exports amounted to 5.4 million tons.

This growth is attributed to the activation of trade with traditional markets in Central Asia and beyond.

Supplies to Uzbekistan increased by 46%, from 2 million tons to 3 million tons. Exports to Kyrgyzstan rose from 104 thousand tons to 180 thousand tons, representing a 1.7-fold increase, while exports to Afghanistan grew from 236 thousand tons to 466 thousand tons, corresponding to a 1.9-fold increase.

Experts note that the positive dynamics in exports indicate a high demand for Kazakh grain and its competitiveness in international markets.
