In the Chui region, in the Moscow district, the construction of a plant for the production of equipment for drip and sprinkler irrigation is planned. This was reported by the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan.
The project complex will be located on a land plot of 10 hectares in the Ak-Suu rural district.
The Turkish company AKPLAS PLASTIK SANAYI VE TICARET A.Ş. is the investor of this project. This company specializes in the development and production of modern solutions for agricultural irrigation and water infrastructure, including drip irrigation systems, sprinkler installations, polymer pipes, as well as equipment for water filtration and separation.

The implementation of this project will create opportunities for local production of equipment that promotes water conservation. This, in turn, will increase the efficiency of water resource use, reduce irrigation water losses, and allow for the introduction of modern technologies in the agricultural sector of the country, as noted in the ministry's statement.
