According to him, these goals are reflected in the presidential decree regarding the further development of the agro-sector. The intermediate task set by the Ministry of Agriculture is to achieve 25% processing by 2030.
Baltabaev also noted that while earlier the main focus was on the "Agricultural Financing" project, the number of support programs has now increased to ten.
"Cluster financing has become one of the key tools. This program brings together farmers and processing companies, forming a unified chain. The government emphasizes the importance of uniting and supporting agrarians through such mechanisms, which is already yielding results," he noted.
In addition, the executive director added that significant efforts to modernize the industry are being provided by bilateral development institutions, such as the Russian-Kyrgyz and Uzbek-Kyrgyz Development Funds.
