The main factor for the increase in revenues was the fees for issuing special permits for the transportation of indivisible oversized and heavy cargo. In this area, the budget received 335.2 million soms, which is more than 4.5 times higher than the same indicator from the previous year.
In addition, there was an increase in fines for violations in the field of international road transport: under Article 200 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, fines totaling 13.8 million soms were imposed, related to 918 protocols drawn up.
The department emphasizes that the increase in budget revenues indicates systematic work to strengthen control in the field of road transport and to improve discipline among carriers.
