- In 2025, the construction of more than 1,900 facilities in the construction sector was completed in Kyrgyzstan, as noted by economist Nasirdin Shamshiev in one of the radio broadcasts.

Among the constructed facilities, schools, kindergartens, healthcare institutions, sports complexes, cultural centers, airports, and boarding houses located on the shores of Issyk-Kul can be highlighted.

According to Shamshiev, the active development of the construction sector is linked to the strengthening of the economy and an increase in tax revenues. The consolidated budget of the country in 2025 amounts to approximately 1.2 trillion soms, which is significantly higher than 209 billion soms in 2021.

“The growth rates of tax revenues are impressive: if in 2021, 151 billion soms were collected, by the end of 11 months in 2025, this amount increased to 358 billion soms, which is more than 2.5 times,” the economist reported.

He also added that new tax reforms significantly simplify reporting for entrepreneurs. In particular, the light industry and jewelry sector are exempt from most tax obligations until 2030.
