The obtained document grants the new player in the financial market the right to operate in accordance with the legislation of the republic.
We remind you that in July 2022, the Ministry of Justice registered JSC "Alma Finance Bank." The bank was established with capital from China, and its leader is Wang Xin. The bank's legal address is in Bishkek, at Ogonbaeva Street, 222 — the same building houses the microfinance organization "Alma Credit," which has been actively operating in the Kyrgyz market since 2013 under the leadership of Ermek Ormotoev.
Among the founders of the new bank are six individuals, three of whom are citizens of China. One of them is Liu Wenzhong, who is also a founder of two companies: LLC "Baden Service," engaged in construction, and LLC "Kyrgyz Temir Group."
Thus, "Alma Finance Bank" has become the 23rd bank to commence operations in the republic.
