The agency noted that this decision was made to support businesses in the current economic situation, as well as to reduce administrative pressure and create comfortable conditions for their growth.
Inspections regarding compliance with the tax legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning the use of cash register machines, invoices, as well as equipment intended for transactions with bank cards, electronic money, and QR codes have been suspended. Additionally, this pertains to the availability of primary accounting documents for individual entrepreneurs operating in the following areas:
- under the simplified taxation system with a single tax rate of 0% and 0.5%;
- based on the patent system;
- in the trade sector with a special taxation regime;
- in sewing and textile production with a single tax rate of 0.25%.
- operating without tax registration or without paying tax based on a patent;
- for which complaints have been received from individuals or legal entities, as well as requests from investigative authorities;
- having confirmed data on tax evasion, including taxes on hired employees;
- engaged in the turnover of excise goods - in terms of checking the presence of excise stamps.
