The State Tax Service (STS) of Kyrgyzstan has reported that citizens can avoid liability and not fulfill the obligations of a tax agent regarding jewelry made from precious metals, even if they lack primary documents.
To obtain an exemption, it is necessary to create a special electronic document in the electronic invoice system (esf.salyk.kg) by March 1, 2026. Users should go to the "Acquisition" section, select the DPBU subsection, and activate the option "Entering information about precious jewelry made from precious metals."
The main details of the document are automatically generated, and the taxpayer only needs to fill in the goods section, following the rules for invoice registration. It is important to note that the document cannot be changed or canceled, so all data must be entered accurately and completely.
