Nurdan Oruntaev also noted that the factory is being built by the company OsOO "HUA RUI" as part of an investment agreement worth 10 million US dollars. The factory is expected to start operations in April 2026.
The planned production of the factory will range from 500 to 1500 cubic meters of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks per day, which will amount to up to 200,000 cubic meters per year. This will help meet the domestic market's demand for quality and affordable building materials and reduce dependence on imports, as noted by the Ministry of Construction.
Currently, the main production buildings are already completed, and the installation of equipment is actively underway. The next stage will involve commissioning works, staff training, and preparation for the factory's launch.
