The project, which costs $10 million, is being implemented by the company OsOO "HUA RUI" based on an investment agreement. The plant is scheduled to open in April 2026.
According to information from the Ministry of Construction, the new enterprise will be capable of producing between 500 to 1500 cubic meters of aerated concrete blocks per day, which will allow for an annual production volume of up to 200,000 cubic meters.
Currently, the construction of the main production buildings has been completed, and equipment installation is underway. The next steps include commissioning, staff training, and preparation for the plant's commissioning.
