According to the Ministry's statement, starting February 15, 2026, farmers will be able to register on the "i-Dyikan" platform, where they can apply for a preferential loan and join the electronic queue at the bank. Loans will be issued according to the established criteria and requirements of the preferential financing programs.
Additionally, "i-Dyikan" will provide access to the Ministry's public services in electronic format, significantly simplifying the process of obtaining them.
The Ministry of Agriculture emphasizes that this new mechanism will be a significant step towards simplifying farmers' access to financial resources and digitalizing the agricultural sector of the country.
