In this case, it concerns 10 hectares of rain-fed arable land, which is state-owned and located in the territory of the Ak-Suu rural district of the Moscow region.
The reclassification of the plot is being carried out for the construction of a factory that will produce plastic products for drip and rain irrigation systems.
According to the adopted document, the state administration of the Moscow region is required to develop and approve urban planning documentation. It is also necessary to amend land registration materials and ensure the intended use of this plot. In addition, compensation for losses in agricultural production is provided, as well as compliance with sanitary and epidemiological standards, anti-seismic requirements, and measures for drainage.
The resolution also specifies requirements for the protection of historical and cultural heritage sites, as well as the possibility of expropriating the land plot in case of its non-target use or inaction.
This decision comes into effect 9 days after its official publication.
