The Cabinet of Ministers of the country has made a decision to reclassify 10 hectares of land in Ak-Suu, located in the Chuy region, from agricultural land to land designated for industry, transport, communications, energy, and other needs.

This plot is state property and is intended for the construction of a factory that will produce plastic products used in drip and sprinkler irrigation systems. This decision was made taking into account the opinions of the presidential representative in the Chuy region and the local state administration.

The local self-government bodies have been instructed to develop urban planning documentation, make changes to land records, and ensure that the plot will be used in accordance with its intended purpose. Additionally, compensation for losses in agricultural production and lost profits must be made in accordance with the law.

The resolution also specifies requirements for compliance with sanitary standards, seismic safety regulations, and engineering support, as well as the need for surface water drainage. In the event that historical and cultural heritage objects are discovered, archaeological oversight must be organized.

The document notes that if the plot is not used according to its designation, it may be seized and returned to its original state.

The resolution will come into effect in 10 days.
