According to the resolution adopted on January 19, 2026, a plot of 5 hectares, which was previously used as irrigated arable land, has been reclassified from agricultural land to a category designated for industry, transport, communications, energy, defense, and other needs.
Previously, plots of 7.6 hectares and 30 hectares were also reclassified into this category, which is also related to the construction of the new center.
The State Administration of the Issyk-Ata district has been instructed to ensure compensation for losses and lost profits from agricultural and forestry production, as well as to make changes to land accounting documents and monitor the use of this plot in strict accordance with its designation.
Furthermore, the resolution requires the development of urban planning documentation, organization of drainage, implementation of anti-seismic measures, and adherence to environmental and sanitary standards. In the event of the discovery of historical and cultural heritage sites, archaeological supervision will be organized.
This resolution comes into effect 10 days after its official publication. The document was published in the newspaper "Erkin Too" on January 20, 2026 (No. 3).
