In accordance with resolution No. 86, adopted on February 11, 2026, the changes affect paragraph 7, which outlines the tariff regulation mechanism for railway transportation of coal intended for the Bishkek heat and power plant.
The Ministry of Economy and Commerce, in collaboration with the Ministry of Transport and Communications, has been tasked with setting the transportation tariff for coal for the Bishkek heat and power plant at no more than 50 soms per ton per kilometer on routes starting from the stations "Rybachye," "Tokmok," "Kant," and "Alamedin."
Additionally, from December 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026, a coefficient of 0.75 will be applied to the existing tariffs for coal transportation on the routes "Rybachye" — "Shopokov," "Belovodskaya," and "Kara-Balta," which also takes into account all surcharges and fees.
This resolution will come into effect on December 1, 2025, and will be officially published.
