During the inspection, prohibited psychotropic substances were found and seized in the centers, which were used in the treatment of patients.
As a result of the conducted activities, seven individuals were detained: “E.u.C.”, “K.K.B.”, “R.F.S.”, “Z.A.Z.”, “K.E.”, “R.V.G.”, and “M.A.A.”. All of them are leaders and employees of the aforementioned rehabilitation institutions.
Additionally, during the investigation, two cases of patient deaths were identified, who were undergoing treatment at the "Bishkek-Mayak" center.
Currently, the GKNB KR is conducting necessary operational activities to clarify all circumstances of these tragedies, after which a legal assessment of the situations will be provided.
