During the meeting of the Committee on Constitutional Legislation, State Structure, Local Self-Government, and Regulations, issues regarding the appointment of the Chairman of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan and three ministers were discussed.

The committee supported the appointment of Jumgalbek Shabdanbekov as the Chairman of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic, Akyl Toktobaev as the Minister of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Supervision, Urmatbek Shamyrkanov as the Minister of Emergency Situations, and Talantbek Soltobaev as the Minister of Transport and Communications. The issues were forwarded for further consideration by the Jogorku Kenesh.
