Based on information received from local residents, a raid was organized on the same day, after which a letter was sent to the Toktogul District Internal Affairs Department to identify the offenders.
As a result, in accordance with Article 263 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Offenses," a protocol was drawn up, and the violators were fined 12,500 soms. Additionally, according to Government Resolution No. 224, the damage for the 9 captured kekliks was assessed at 36,000 soms.
