The National Investment Fund entered the capital of "Abu Dhabi Kyrgyz Investment"

- The Open Joint Stock Company "National Investment Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic" has become the owner of 50% of the charter capital of OJSC "Abu Dhabi Kyrgyz Investment," acquiring 500 registered shares.

According to the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange, prior to the recent change, the National Investment Fund did not hold any shares in this company (0 shares, 0%). Now, it owns 500 ordinary registered shares, which corresponds to 50% of the charter capital.

The change in the composition of shareholders occurred on February 19, 2025.

Background of the event

On February 3, 2026, the Cabinet of Ministers made amendments to its resolution on the establishment of OJSC "Abu Dhabi Kyrgyz Investment."

According to the updated version of the document, the National Investment Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic was recommended to become a co-founder of OJSC "Abu Dhabi Kyrgyz Investment," instead of the Cabinet of Ministers participating directly in this process.

The charter capital of the company amounts to the equivalent of 5 million US dollars in the national currency at the official exchange rate of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic. It will be divided into 1000 ordinary registered shares, each with a nominal value of 5 thousand US dollars.

It was previously reported that the Kyrgyz side would contribute 2.5 million US dollars, while the Arab side would also contribute 2.5 million US dollars as charter capital.
