As part of this initiative, the construction of four new substations is planned in the Chuy region in 2026:
– substation 110/35/10 kV "Manas II" (first phase);
– substation 220/35/10 kV "Chuy" (second phase);
– substation 110/35/10 kV "Kun-Tuu" (second phase);
– substation 35/10 kV "Leninskaya" (second phase).
In addition, the installation of five new transformers is planned, as well as major repairs of 785 transformer substations 6–10/0.4 kV and ongoing repairs of 5176 units of similar substations.
