However, without proper verification, including without the participation of the foreign investor in investigative actions, the investigative authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs decided to refuse to initiate a criminal case.
On January 27, 2026, the Turkish citizen again turned to the State National Security Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic for assistance in resolving this issue. As a result, the materials were transferred to the investigative authorities of the State National Security Committee.
E.M.A. was detained on February 24, 2026, and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Internal Affairs Department of the city of Talas.
