The Ministry of Economy and Commerce clarifies the situation regarding OJSC "Trade Company of the Kyrgyz Republic":
OJSC "Trade Company of the Kyrgyz Republic" was liquidated on February 10, 2026, in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic (order of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 1184-k).
Regarding the domain name TRADECO.KG, which was previously owned by OJSC "Trade Company of the Kyrgyz Republic," we inform you that on October 1, 2024, an agreement was concluded between the company and the domain name registrar "Asia Info" for the registration of the specified domain name for a period of one year. Due to the liquidation of the company and the expiration of the contract, the registration of the domain name was not renewed.
On October 17, 2025, a contract was signed with the domain name registrar "Asia Info" for the registration of the domain name TRADECO.KG to another entity.
The domain name registrar does not provide information about the new owner of the domain TRADECO.KG due to confidentiality requirements of the legislation.
At present, OJSC "Trade Company of the Kyrgyz Republic" no longer owns the domain name TRADECO.KG, does not conduct any activities through it, and is not responsible for the information posted on this web resource.
