During a working trip to the Osh and Jalal-Abad regions, the Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, Damirbek Osmonov, checked the operation of the Electronic Database of Medicines and Medical Devices (EDB), including the module responsible for traceability.

During the inspection at the pharmacy point of LLC "Neman-Pharm," located on the territory of the Jalal-Abad Regional Clinical Hospital, medicines were found that were not registered in the electronic system. An act was drawn up by the competent authorities regarding this incident.

The minister emphasized that the mandatory requirements for registration and digital traceability apply to all entities engaged in pharmaceutical activities, regardless of their ownership form.

“Every medicine that is in circulation in our country must be reflected in the traceability system. This is critically important for ensuring transparency in the pharmaceutical market, compliance with legal norms, and protecting the interests of patients,” added Damirbek Osmonov.

The record "Every medicine in Kyrgyzstan must be reflected in the electronic system," said the head of the Ministry of Health, first appeared in K-News.
