Recently, a meeting was held at the Jalal-Abad Regional Department of the Judicial Department, where Kanatbek Osmonov, Deputy Director of the Judicial Department under the Supreme Court and Chief Bailiff of Kyrgyzstan, introduced the new head — Ulugbek Toktosunov. According to information from the press service of the Judicial Department, an order dated March 6, 2026, was announced at the meeting, appointing Toktosunov Ulugbek Tashmurzaevich as the head of this department.
It is worth noting that prior to his new appointment, Ulugbek Toktosunov worked as a bailiff in the unit dealing with cases of the Constitutional Court of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Additionally, during the event, Kanatbek Osmonov also introduced the new senior bailiff for the Jalal-Abad region — Mominov Mederbek Nishenalievich, who was appointed to this position by an order of the Judicial Department dated February 24, 2026.
