During a raid conducted by the State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan, a fact of illegal circulation of tobacco products was established in Manas.
According to the press service of the tax authority, 6,012 packs of cigarettes were found in one of the hidden premises at the central market of Manas. The preliminary value of this batch amounted to 721,440 soms.
The discovered tobacco products lacked the necessary documents and excise stamps.
In connection with this, primary procedural documents were drawn up at the scene in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. Currently, the materials of the inspection are being prepared for transfer to law enforcement agencies, which will conduct a legal assessment and make a procedural decision.
