“There are also a significant number of complaints about the closure of driving schools and problems with the issuance of driver's licenses. I am convinced that this needs to be thoroughly investigated, as it is difficult to address this issue within the committee,” the deputy stated.
Kuanychek Kongantieff proposed to include the issue of creating a commission for a detailed study of these problems in the agenda. However, Speaker Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu rejected his proposal, stating that a committee decision is required to establish a commission.
