For the first time since the beginning of 2025, more than 25 thousand appeals from students have been registered through the anonymous function "Korkpo, bildir," integrated into the electronic diary "Kundoluk." This was reported by Altynbek Erkimbekov, head of the Department of Education and Extracurricular Education of the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic, during a live broadcast of the program "Elge sobol" on IA "Kabar."
According to Erkimbekov, this function was created to quickly identify cases of violence against children and ensure their protection. Currently, the processing of incoming applications is done manually; however, active negotiations are underway with donors to automate this system.
“If a student encounters any form of violence, they can leave an anonymous message in the 'Korkpo, bildir' tab. The information is immediately forwarded to the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In the future, we plan to involve the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Social Development in the system so that each institution can respond according to its authority. The number of anonymous appeals indicates the presence of hidden problems in the adolescent environment that they previously preferred not to discuss. I am confident that this application will help in the fight against violence among children,” he noted.
Moreover, the ministry representative added that according to the results of a study conducted in November 2025, the most common manifestations of violence among children are psychological, physical violence, and cyberbullying.
