
Applications for Romanian government scholarships for students from Kyrgyzstan are open for the 2026-2027 academic year. This information was provided by the Ministry of Science, Higher Education, and Innovation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the ministry's data, the program covers education at the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels in all fields except medicine.
Scholarship recipients will be provided with free education, accommodation in a dormitory, and monthly stipends. For those who do not speak Romanian, a free preparatory course for one year is available.
Candidates must demonstrate good academic performance, with an average grade of no less than "4" or "7" in the Romanian grading system.
Applications are accepted exclusively in electronic format until March 31 of the current year.
