According to information from the land use control department, objects located outside the municipal boundaries were discovered at the site where construction work is taking place.
The authorities have already sent over 150 notifications to owners regarding the need for voluntary demolition. In total, about 400 objects that were installed in violation of regulations are subject to demolition.
The department emphasized that owners can carry out the demolition themselves, which will help them avoid additional costs and penalties. The work to clear the site will continue as the project is implemented.
