According to this decree, from January 30, 2026, to August 30, 2026, a trial regime will be in effect aimed at improving the regulation of educational processes in the field of training and retraining of drivers of cars and motorcycles.
During this trial period, the licenses issued to private driving schools will be suspended, meaning that only state educational institutions will be able to conduct driver training.
The Presidential Administration has been tasked with preparing drafts of the necessary regulatory acts based on the results of the trial period.
The decree is subject to official publication and will come into effect on January 30, 2026.
