





During the time that Sadyr Japarov has been in office as president, budget allocations for the development of Kyrgyzstan's road infrastructure have significantly increased. Large-scale infrastructure projects are also being implemented in the country.
According to the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the volume of road asphalting has substantially increased over the past five years. In particular, the following figures can be noted:
- 175 km — in 2021;
- 488.4 km — in 2022;
- 673.8 km — in 2023;
- 802 km — in 2024;
- 1545 km — in 2025.
The department emphasizes that successful results in the field of road construction have been made possible by the systematic strengthening of the material and technical base. The number of purchased equipment increases every year and is evenly distributed across the regions of the country.
