Serious changes have occurred that can be characterized as tectonic shifts. Public and political figure Zainidin Kurmanov emphasizes that these reforms affect all spheres and are not fragmented. “The transition to a new Constitution and the change of priorities in governance are key points. Corruption and bureaucracy are gradually being eliminated, while executive discipline is increasing. Kyrgyzstan is becoming an important link on the East-West route. It is important not to forget that railway networks are developing throughout Central Asia, and we are participating in a global process that is changing the geopolitical situation on the continent,” he says.

An important international project is the China – Kyrgyzstan – Uzbekistan railway. The construction of this line has already begun, and in a few years, after its launch, Kyrgyzstan will emerge from a transport deadlock, ensuring additional revenue to the budget and integration into the global trade system.

The country's economy has been brought out of the gray zone thanks to improved tax administration and the introduction of cash registers. Over five years, the budget has tripled, allowing for increased salaries for medical workers and teachers, while minimum pensions have for the first time exceeded the subsistence minimum. However, inflation rates remain high, requiring additional measures to improve citizens' welfare.

The effectiveness of governance has increased, and Kyrgyzstan is now perceived as a dynamically developing state, notes former Foreign Minister Alikbek Jekshenkulov.
Summarizing the five-year rule of Sadyr Japarov, it can be confidently said that the country has changed for the better. Domestic and foreign policies have become more systematic, with an emphasis on the interests of the state and the welfare of the people.
It is also worth noting the issue of internal security. The strengthening of the state has been made possible by the neutralization of criminal structures that in the past threatened both economic development and political stability.

Indicators of economic growth also testify to positive changes. In terms of GDP growth rates, Kyrgyzstan ranks third in the world, demonstrating the best results among the SCO, EAEU, and CIS countries. The country is moving forward at a good pace.

Over the past five years, Kyrgyzstan has undergone significant changes that in other historical contexts could have taken several decades. Today we observe progress and development; the country has strengthened and become economically resilient.
