On the air of Birinchi Radio, Doctor of Historical Sciences and Professor Zainidin Kurmanov spoke about the foreign policy course of Kyrgyzstan. He noted that "the foreign policy of our country has always been characterized by multi-vectority, balance, and effectiveness, which corresponds to the scale of the state. Changes in foreign policy have occurred very rarely, while internal policy has undergone significant changes. We remain a peaceful, small, and friendly state, striving to develop comprehensive relations with neighbors and partners both at the regional and global levels," he added.
Kurmanov also emphasized that over the thirty-five years of the new Kyrgyz state, the concept of foreign policy has changed only three times.
"Moreover, the changes did not involve a radical rewriting of the entire concept, as is practiced by many large countries, but only the clarification of certain aspects and details. Thus, the stability of our foreign policy remains high," he concluded.
