Representatives from sewing companies, marketplaces, logistics firms, as well as employees from state and private banks and heads of relevant government institutions took part in the event.
During the meeting, current issues facing the industry were discussed, and solutions were proposed. The president noted that the light industry is one of the priority areas in state policy.
After the discussion, President Sadyr Japarov gave specific instructions to the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev and other ministers aimed at addressing the identified problems and developing the light industry.
