In the Uzgen district, in the rural municipality of Dön-Bulak, public hearings were held to discuss the pressing issues faced by local residents.

This information was provided to the Turmush correspondent by the chairman of the village council, Duyshonbek Bataev.

According to Bataev, the hearings began on January 13 and are being conducted in various settlements. The first meetings took place in the villages of Özgörüş, Chymbay, Tölös, and Jangy-Abad, and today discussions continue in the village of Rybkhoz. These events will be held in each village until January 20.

During the meetings, local residents were presented with a report on the work completed in 2025 and plans for 2026. Residents also had the opportunity to voice their problems encountered in everyday life.

Among the main issues raised by the population were the problems of road asphalting, cleaning of drainage ditches, construction of a mini-football field, and replacement of old electric poles.

The head of the village council emphasized that all proposals and problems will be taken into account, and a phased plan for their resolution will be developed as opportunities allow. Public hearings play an important role in establishing dialogue with the population and discussing local issues.
