According to information provided by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the incident occurred on January 14 in the village of Sharkyratma, located in the rural district of Ylai-Talaa in the Kara-Kulja district of the Osh region.
The deputy head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Osh region, the head of the emergency situations department for the Kara-Kulja district, as well as three specialists from the department of monitoring and forecasting emergencies, one officer, and a local administration employee have arrived at the scene.
Currently, work is underway to assess the scale and degree of danger of the situation, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
