According to the press service of the ministry, the alert about a potential threat came this morning from the village of Sharkyrama, located in this area.
To assess the situation, the deputy head of the emergency management department for the Osh region, the head of the district department, three specialists from the department of monitoring and forecasting of emergency situations, and one officer have arrived at the scene. A representative of the local government is also present.
At the moment, experts are working to clarify the size of the landslide and its potential threat. Additional information will be provided following the assessment.
