In this case, on January 5, 2025, the Prosecutor's Office of the Osh region opened a criminal case under articles 130 part 3 point 2 and 338 part 2 point 4 of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan. The case has been forwarded for investigation to the investigative department of the Main Directorate of the State National Security Committee for the city of Osh and the Osh region.
Currently, three police officers — "S.H.", "A.A." and "I.K." — have been detained and, by court decision, placed in custody for two months. Investigative actions are underway.
The Prosecutor's Office of the Osh region is monitoring the progress of the criminal case and has issued instructions for the appointment of necessary expert examinations.
