During the meeting of the committee of the Jogorku Kenesh, which deals with science, education, innovation, information technology, culture, sports, and youth affairs, Kydyraliev stressed that the Olympic cycle has already begun, and Kyrgyzstan must ensure the training of athletes in five to six main sports before the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.
Kazybek Moldazhiyev, the director of the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports, responded that preparations for the upcoming Olympic Games are already actively underway, and the agency has identified five key areas for work.
He added that cooperation with federations is already established, and there are plans to increase the number of international training camps.
