He noted that there were only 17 sports at the first Nomad Games. In 2024, when the events were held in Kazakhstan, representatives from 89 countries participated.
This year, around 100 states are expected to participate, as invitations have already been sent out and the regulations for the competitions have been approved and distributed.
Additionally, the director reported that disciplines such as kok boru and kok par will be held as separate competitions. Equestrian games, which are among the most popular events, promise to attract a large number of spectators.
Moldazhiyev added that the rules for kok boru will comply with Kyrgyzstan's standards, while kok par will be conducted according to Kazakhstan's rules. This is done to avoid possible disagreements and to take into account the proposals of the neighboring country.
