The preparation for the VI World Nomad Games includes the participation of more than 1,500 volunteers, as reported by Nursultan Adenov, who heads the international secretariat of the WNG.
According to him, the volunteers will be divided into two key groups. The first group consists of about 600 members of the organizational team, while the second group includes around a thousand volunteers who will participate in the opening and closing ceremonies, as well as in mass performances.
Nursultan Adenov noted that each of the 600 volunteers in the organizational group will have a clearly defined role. These include attaché volunteers, assistants at sports venues, as well as those responsible for events and logistics.
The selection of volunteers will start at the end of February. The main efforts to find candidates will be focused in universities in collaboration with the organizing committee of the Games.
The head of the international secretariat emphasized that knowledge of foreign languages is one of the mandatory requirements for selection, so the focus will be on attracting students from higher educational institutions.
“A volunteer is the one who first meets the guests. Their appearance, manner of communication, and openness shape the first impression not only of the event but also of the country as a whole,” he added.

According to Adenov, special attention will be paid to young people who can competently represent the republic and the World Nomad Games, possessing critical thinking skills and the ability to handle stress.
After the selection process is completed, volunteers will undergo training and receive uniforms.
